PAMHC is seeking a full-time Outreach Worker based out of our Spirit Lake location that would cover Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, O’Brien, Osceola, And Palo Alto counties. Travel is required. Position primarily involves performing the duties of a Community Support and HCBS Habilitation worker on an outpatient basis with adults with a serious and persistent mental illness. Position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with occasional evening work.
Pay Range:
$21.64 to $23.80 depending on experience

Provide supportive services, skill building, behavioral intervention, and crisis planning services to adults with a serious mental illness while utilizing community support or habilitation services. Services are provided to individuals in their homes and community settings.
